About Me

Thank you for visiting the website

I hope that it can satisfy your thirst for knowledge of everything about the Church of Jediism. I am Tom Fuller from London, UK, and the person who is behind this website.

Who Am I?

As you can already guess by now, I am Jedi enthusiast. I am a 30 years old follower of the Church of Jediism and a passionate fan of the movies Star Wars. That’s right. I am an adult who believes in the teachings of the Jedi Order, and I am proud to say that my belief in Jediism is one that stemmed from the great lessons I learned from the movies.

I know. The movies are fictional, and the Jedi mind tricks are purely Hollywood special effects. But I assure you that wasn’t why I was drawn to this religion and why I created this website. In this website, I am hoping I can share with you my passion and the reasons why I follow the teachings of Jediism.

The Jedi Church – A Religion following the Force

If you haven’t browsed through the website yet, let me tell you what the Jedi Church is all about. If you haven’t been living under a rock, I am sure you have heard about the Star Wars movies before. It is a franchise of highly popular movies that extended not only in filmmaking but also in a wide range of media.

Today, you can find books, games, graphic novels, and other Star Wars merchandise. Besides these, Star Wars also sparked a religious movement known as Jediism for which I am a passionate follower. Our beliefs as a Jedi are to follow the Force and use it to guide how we conduct ourselves. The focus of our religion is to do good and keep away from evil.

Rest assured we are different other Star Wars followers. We don’t believe in Jedi mind tricks, and we know that the movies are only fictional. I myself am clear as to why I follow the religion, and that is because I recognize the importance of altruism, self-sacrifice, of the inherent goodness in people and that no matter the difficulties in life, good will triumph over evil.

In this age, many bad things happen. But the Jedi teachings taught me not to lose hope and to take a stand in creating good in the world. It does not mean protesting or doing anything drastic. Instead, I can make a difference by treating the people around me with kindness and love.

It is what Jediism teaches its followers. It is also the reason why I am drawn to this religion, even though it all started from a series of movies. It is easy to be doubtful and to think that maybe this is only a ploy for profit. But it all comes down to your beliefs. The Church of Jediism allows you to reject, accept or study their teachings freely.
